Redhole18 Delivery
Free delivery on orders over $99 (within 30km - Brisbane)
1. As long as your order is over $99, you will enjoy free delivery service
2. The free delivery service is not a one-to-one special service, but a unified time delivery for multiple customers of Redhole18, and the delivery time is determined by Redhole18
3. Redhole18 will notify the specific delivery time 1-2 days in advance
4. If the order is less than $99, a service fee of $35 will be charged
Free delivery over $200 (30-50km-Brisbane/Gold Coast)
1. As long as your order is over $200, you will enjoy free delivery service
2. The free delivery service is not a one-to-one special service, but a unified time delivery for multiple customers of Redhole18, and the delivery time is determined by Redhole18
3. Redhole18 will notify the specific delivery time 1-2 days in advance
4. If the order is less than $200, a service fee of $55 will be charged
Australia Post courier service
Supplier: Australia Post - (Within Australia)
1. Multiple factors will affect the final logistics cost, such as the final packaging size and the final weight of the finished product (some products cannot be verified at the beginning), so after you pay, the delivery price may change
2. The Australian National Standard delivery rates listed on the website are based on a maximum weight of 10kg per purchase order. If the package is overweight or needs to be sent separately
3. Redhole18 is not responsible for any delays, losses and/or damages caused by changes in the delivery address after order confirmation (or checkout) or customer errors.
4. Packages that cannot be delivered and/or returned to Redhole18 due to incorrect delivery address or failed delivery will be charged a re-delivery fee.
Self pick-up (Brisbane)
1.Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our warehouse. Our warehouse address: Unit 8 / 2092 Logan Road, Upper Mt Gravatt QLD 4122 Australia. Pre-appointment required for product collection.
2.Customers / Drivers are required to present a valid tax invoice when picking up their products. We cannot release the products if this information cannot be provided by our customers.
3.We recommend our customers / courier drivers to check their products prior to leaving our dispatch. Product damage claims and quantity discrepancies will not be accepted once the products have left our warehouse.
4.Clients will need to provide a written authorization if it is a third-party collection.
5.Warehouse storage fee will be applied $10+gst/day if your order is not collected within 45 days of the 1st collection notice.
